Arts in the Alley Vendor Application

Please review the following requirements for participation in Arts in the Alley.   Submitting your application serves as your agreement to our terms and conditions.  All booth spaces are $50.   

  • You must provide your own 10X10 ft tent and all display items you require.  Note:  Not all spaces require tents.  See the legend with the map.  Some are only large enough for an umbrella.

  • Set up begins at 7am.   Your display must be completed by 9:45am

  • You will have volunteer ROTC cadets to help you set up and strike.

  • Strike begins at 6pm (the close of the festival) and you must be off-site by 8pm

  • Off site parking and directions will be provided

  • You are required to sign a waiver for any property damage during the festival.  This will be provided at the beginning of the day.

  • You must display a "No Smoking" sign at your booth.  These will be provided

  • Refunds for booth space will not be given after Sept 15

  • The festival is rain or shine.  In case of rain the festival will be prepared to move under the parking garage.  Each vendor will be sent an email with an exact map and location under the garage the evening before the event.

  • Our booth prices are very reasonable.   We would be pleased to accept  a 10% donation of your sales if you have a good day!  The donation allows us to provide more events such as this.

Please be advised that there are a limited number of booths available.
